<ul><li><p>Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and commercial quotations for mechanical works.</p></li><li><p>Review and assess client RFQs, tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.</p></li><li><p>Prepare quotations for metallic and non-metallic piping systems, including:</p><ul><li><p>Carbon Steel (CS)</p></li><li><p>Stainless Steel (SS)</p></li><li><p>Super Duplex Stainless Steel (SDSS)</p></li><li><p>GRE / GRP and other non-metallic piping systems</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Estimate costs for piping fabrication, installation, erection, testing, and welding works.</p></li><li><p>Prepare quotations for structural steel fabrication and erection.</p></li><li><p>Estimate mechanical equipment installation and erection activities.</p></li><li><p>Prepare cost estimates for tank repairs, modifications, and maintenance works.</p></li><li><p>Calculate material quantities, manpower requirements, equipment costs, and project execution expenses.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for technical and commercial compliance.</p></li><li><p>Prepare quotation comparisons, cost breakdowns, and pricing proposals.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, procurement, and suppliers to ensure accurate estimates.</p></li><li><p>Ensure quotations comply with client specifications and project requirements.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimation Engineer, Quotation Engineer, or Proposal & Estimation Engineer.</p></li><li><p>Mandatory experience preparing quotations and BOQs for both metallic and non-metallic piping works.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Super Duplex, GRE/GRP piping, fabrication, and welding activities.</p></li><li><p>Experience estimating structural steel works, equipment erection, and tank repairs.</p></li><li><p>Ability to independently review RFQs, prepare BOQs, calculate costs, and submit complete quotations.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of mechanical construction drawings, isometric drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools.</p></li><li><p>GCC experience is required; UAE project experience is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Good English communication and coordination skills.</p></li></ul>
