The successful candidate will be responsible for leading product development, innovation, improvement projects, and R&amp;D activities while ensuring alignment with food safety, quality, and business requirements. The role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Lead R&amp;D activities for wet condiments including mayonnaise, ketchup, sauces, dressings, and spreads.</p><p>Develop new products and improve existing formulations based on market trends, customer requirements, and business objectives.</p><p>Manage product trials, pilot batches, scale-up activities, and commercialization processes.</p><p>Conduct formulation optimization, ingredient evaluation, shelf-life studies, and cost improvement initiatives.</p><p>Collaborate with Quality, Production, Procurement, and Commercial teams for successful product launches, Need to be presented in Gulf food.</p><p>Ensure compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.</p><p>Maintain R&amp;D documentation, product specifications, formulation records, and technical reports.</p><p>Support continuous improvement initiatives and troubleshooting of product/process-related issues.</p><p>Strong knowledge of Excel for data analysis, reporting, and R&amp;D documentation.</p><p>Experience working with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) is required.</p><p>Awareness of S&amp;OP (Sales &amp; Operations Planning) process and cross-functional coordination.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Food Engineering or related discipline.
