<ol><li><p>Process monthly payroll, including <strong>WPS (Wages Protection System)</strong> payroll submissions.</p></li><li><p>Ensure payroll is processed accurately and in compliance with UAE regulations.</p></li><li><p>Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.</p></li><li><p>Respond to employee HR and payroll queries.</p></li><li><p>Prepare HR and payroll reports as required.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p>Proven experience in <strong>HR Administration and UAE Payroll</strong>, including <strong>WPS payroll processing</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law.</p></li><li><p>Experience with HR/payroll systems and strong computer skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills.</p></li></ol>
