<p>We're looking for a commercially-minded Senior Finance Business Partner to lead project financial management and business partnering across the GCC operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with Operations and Client Services, owning project financial governance end to end, and turning numbers into insight that shapes decisions.
You'll partner with business leaders on budgets, forecasts and commercial planning, own the financial governance of projects from initiation through completion, and play a key role in the regional three-year business plan. You'll also support month-end close, commercial reporting and audit processes, while continuously improving how the finance function operates.
• Partner with business leaders on budgets, rolling forecasts and commercial planning, developing revenue, margin and profitability assumptions.
• Own project financial governance throughout the project lifecycle, including post-project financial audits, timely closure, billing and revenue recognition inputs.
• Monitor project revenue, gross margin and profitability, preparing recognition inputs ahead of Financial Control review.
• Act as the primary finance business partner for Operations and Client Services.
• Drive timely client invoicing, coordinate collections activity, and manage project-related supplier payments and vendor onboarding.
• Prepare operational finance schedules and commercial performance reporting to support month-end close.
• Support internal and external audits and drive continuous improvement in project finance processes and controls.</p><p>• Strong commercial finance / business partnering experience, from a project-based business
• Solid understanding of revenue recognition, project profitability and financial governance.
• Confident communicator who can challenge and influence non-finance stakeholders.

<p>Our Abu Dhabi Government client is seeking a motivated UAE National Internal Auditor to join its internal audit function.
This is ideal for someone in the earlier stages of their internal audit career who wants to build their experience within a government organisation in a team with another 7 auditors. You will support the delivery of financial, operational and compliance audits, supporting senior members of the audit team. This position is exclusively open to UAE Nationals holding a valid family book.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the delivery of the annual internal audit plan, with a focus on financial audit areas.
• Assist with financial audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork and reporting, in line with internal audit standards and methodologies.
• Help assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes and governance frameworks, particularly in relation to financial operations.
• Identify financial risks and control gaps and raise these with senior audit team members.
• Take part in operational, financial, compliance and IT audits, with a strong emphasis on financial statement audits and other financial reviews.
• Prepare clear, well-organised audit working papers and contribute to audit reports outlining findings and recommendations.
• Follow up on the implementation of agreed audit recommendations, particularly those relating to financial controls.
• Build good working relationships with staff across the organisation during audit fieldwork.
• Keep up to date with relevant laws, regulations and best practice in internal auditing and the government sector in the UAE, particularly financial regulations and reporting standards.

• Good understanding of internal auditing standards (e.g. IPPF), risk management frameworks (e.g. COSO) and corporate governance principles.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in financial data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Comfortable building working relationships with colleagues at different levels.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with audit software is an advantage.
