<ul><li><p>Inspect incoming raw materials and ensure they meet approved specifications.</p></li><li><p>Conduct in-process quality inspections during production.</p></li><li><p>Check film thickness, width, printing, lamination, sealing, cutting and overall product quality.</p></li><li><p>Conduct final inspection of finished products before dispatch.</p></li><li><p>Identify quality defects, rejection and rework and coordinate with the Production Team.</p></li><li><p>Maintain QC inspection reports, checklists and quality records.</p></li><li><p>Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with Production, Printing, Lamination, Slitting and Bag Making teams.</p></li><li><p>Assist in handling customer complaints and quality investigations.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and customer specifications</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Relevant experience in Flexible Plastic / Packaging Manufacturing preferred.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of plastic film, printing, lamination, slitting and bag-making processes.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of quality inspection and defect identification.</p></li><li><p>Good documentation and reporting skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong coordination and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented.</p></li><li><p>UAE experience will be an added advantage.</p></li></ul>
