Currently, we are looking for a NI Sales Representative with experience in the elevator and escalator industry to join their Dubai office.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>* Manage the complete sales cycle from proposal stage through project execution and final handover to the customer.</p><p>* Initiate customer engagement, negotiate new contracts, and ensure all documentation complies with company commercial policies and procedures.</p><p>* Achieve assigned sales targets in line with business objectives and internal guidelines.</p><p>* Work closely with the installation team into ensure smooth and timely project delivery.</p><p>* Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.</p><p>* Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, developers, and other key industry stakeholders to promote products and secure future opportunities.</p><p>* Drive customer acquisition while strengthening long-term client relationships and loyalty.</p><p>* Manage collections in accordance with contractual payment terms for each project.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Key Competencies:</p><p>* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</p><p>* Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.</p><p>* Team-oriented with the ability to motivate and collaborate toward shared goals.</p><p>* Results-driven, resilient under pressure, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.</p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><p>*Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.</p><p>*Experience in HVAC sales.</p><p>*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</p><p>*2–3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a technical or related industry.</p><p>*Valid UAE driving license is required.</p><p>*Familiarity with the Dubai market and proven experience working in Dubai.</p><p>*Experience in elevator and/or escalator sales is preferred.</p></div>
