<ul><li><p>Welcome and advise high-end clients visiting the showroom, understanding their taste, space and budget.</p></li><li><p>Present furniture, lighting and interior collections and guide clients from first enquiry to closing the sale.</p></li><li><p>Work with interior designers, architects and developers on project-based sales.</p></li><li><p>Handle quotations, orders, delivery coordination and after-sales follow-up.</p></li><li><p>Build long-term relationships with VIP and repeat clients and manage your own client pipeline.</p></li><li><p>Promote the brand on Instagram and other social media through showroom content, client engagement and lead generation.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>3-5 years of sales experience in luxury furniture, interiors or a closely related premium sector.</p></li><li><p>Fluent Russian speaker, with strong spoken English (additional languages are an advantage).</p></li><li><p>Comfortable on social media and happy to appear on camera or in content for the brand.</p></li><li><p>Polished, professional presentation and excellent communication and negotiation skills.</p></li><li><p>Proven record of meeting sales targets with high-end clients.</p><p></p></li></ul><p>What We Offer Competitive salary of AED 10-15K plus commission, a premium showroom environment and room to grow.</p>
