<p>Scope of Work:
The Compliance & Tax Manager is responsible for managing all tax compliance activities, regulatory adherence, and internal policy implementation. This role ensures the company complies with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks. The position also provides tax planning insights, oversees tax audits, and mitigates compliance risks across the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, ensuring accurate calculations and timely filings.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures across finance and business units.
- Monitor changes in UAE tax laws and regulatory requirements, ensuring the company remains compliant.
- Lead the preparation, review, and submission of all tax returns and regulatory reporting.
- Manage communications with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA), external auditors, and tax advisors.
- Review contracts, transactions, and business operations for compliance and tax implications.
- Oversee tax audits, assessments, and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Evaluate and enhance internal controls related to tax and compliance processes.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance and tax procedures.
- Support management with tax planning, impact assessments, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare compliance reports and tax summaries for senior leadership.
Authorities:
- Access all finance records, tax documents, and supporting data required for compliance review and filings.
- Approve and sign off (or submit for final authorized signatory) VAT/Corporate Tax returns and related submissions.
- Liaise directly with the FTA, external auditors, and tax advisors on compliance matters.
- Request information and documents from all departments to support tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
- Review transactions/contracts and require corrective actions to ensure compliance (through agreed approval workflows).
- Escalate compliance risks, potential penalties, or audit issues to senior management with recommendations.</p><p>- Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience & Special Training):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CTA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent are highly valued.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in tax compliance, regulatory affairs, or financial governance.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in real estate or project-based industries preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, tax software, and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.</p>
<p>Scope of Work:
The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager leads the budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis functions. This role is responsible for transforming financial and operational data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. The FP&A Manager ensures the accuracy and alignment of financial plans with business goals while enhancing financial visibility across the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop financial models to support scenario analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, highlighting key variances and trends.
- Consolidate budget and forecast submissions from various departments, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor financial performance metrics and develop dashboards for senior leadership.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and business drivers impacting financial performance.
- Support management in evaluating investments, new business opportunities, and capital expenditure plans.
- Enhance and standardize reporting tools, templates, and processes to improve financial transparency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational and financial plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and reporting standards.
- To perform any other tasks assigned by the direct superior.</p><p>Authorities:

- Request budget/forecast inputs and supporting details from all departments and set submission timelines.
- Review and challenge departmental assumptions and recommend revisions to improve accuracy and alignment.

- Highlight and escalate key risks, variances, and forecast gaps with recommended actions.
- Recommend improvements to planning and reporting processes, templates, and internal controls.
