<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, email, LinkedIn, and other business development activities.</p></li><li><p>Meet consultants, contractors, facility management companies, retail businesses, corporate clients, and government organizations.</p></li><li><p>Identify new project opportunities for interior fit-out, maintenance, renovation, and building improvement works.</p></li><li><p>Schedule client meetings and present company services professionally.</p></li><li><p>Follow up on enquiries and quotations until project award.</p></li><li><p>Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.</p></li><li><p>Update all client interactions and opportunities in the company's CRM system.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the estimation and operations teams for quotations and technical requirements.</p></li><li><p>Achieve quarterly sales targets and business development KPIs.</p></li><li><p>Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.</p></li><li><p>Supplier registering with malls as listed contractors and government companies.</p></li><li><p>Payment collection and supporting the cash flow with finance team.</p></li></ul><p></p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li><p>Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience in Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Maintenance, MEP, Facility Management, or Building Materials.</p></li><li><p>Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).</p></li><li><p>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of the Abu Dhabi construction market.</p></li><li><p>Ability to independently generate business opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and corporate clients is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Good command of English. Arabic is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
