<br><p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><p>To support the Competent Authority’s obligations in Exchange of Information on Request (EOIR) and Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI), as well as treaty-based cooperation, by processing incoming and outgoing information exchange requests in accordance with international standards, applicable domestic laws and regulations, and approved internal procedures.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct initial screening of information exchange requests to ensure compliance with legal and procedural requirements, including the foreseeable relevance principle, scope of the request, and confidentiality requirements.</li><li>Prepare draft responses and supporting documentation for review and approval.</li><li>Receive, review, and process information exchange requests from foreign competent authorities under Double Taxation Agreements (DTAs), Tax Information Exchange Agreements (TIEAs), and multilateral agreements.</li><li>Contribute to key performance indicators (KPIs), including turnaround times and quality standards.</li><li>Strictly comply with confidentiality, data protection, and information security requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders and relevant local authorities to obtain the required information within established timelines.</li><li>Maintain accurate case management records, audit trails, and statistics for reporting purposes.</li><li>Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor.</li><li>Support the implementation of other operational activities related to Exchange of Information on Request (EOIR) and other information exchange activities, as required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Professional Certifications</strong></p><ul><li>Certified Professional Qualification in Market Risk</li><li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA)</li><li>Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)</li><li>UAE VAT Compliance Diploma</li><li>Certified Professional Compliance Certificate</li><li>Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)</li><li>Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Qualification</li><li>Certificate in Real Estate and Financial Modelling</li><li>Master’s Certificate in Financial Control</li><li>Certified Management Accountant (CMA)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in financial management</li></ul><p><br></p>
