<p><strong>WHAT THIS ROLE IS ALL ABOUT</strong></p><br>
<p>The Café Server role in Hoppi® will be to work alongside the other members of the staff to successfully run the Café and ensure customers' expectations of food, beverages and customer service are met. This may include the aspects of café operation including equipment, facilities, health and safety, customer-care, and administration. The role will involve working with the management team to achieve the best possible quality of food and beverage provision.</p><br>

<p><strong>Cafe Management and Coordination</strong></p><br>
<ul><li>To set maintain, highest standards of customer service in café.</li><li>To provide cover with the other staffs as required on a daily basis.</li><li>To take responsibility for the presentation of food and beverages offered for sale and completion of admin duties.</li><li>To be responsible for the monitoring and control of stocks and wastage, undertaking stock take at regular intervals with the assistance of management team.</li><li>To work with the management team, on other projects as required.</li><li>To ensure good timekeeping and performance by staff, and to comply at all times with security procedures.</li><li>To assist the management team, to maintain the standards of hygiene and health and safety at all times and throughout all the catering options.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Financial Management</strong></p><br>
<ul><li>To operate the till and take receipt of payments.</li><li>Ensure all cash and credit card transactions are completed according to company directives.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Health & Safety</strong></p><br>
<ul><li>To comply with all Health and Safety policy, measures and legislation.</li><li>Follow all Health and Safety policy, measures and legislation.</li><li>Ensure the safe operation of the café and use equipment in a safe manner.</li><li>Maintain the security of café and equipment.</li><li>Assist with Risk Assessments and Method Statements where required.</li><li>Report all safety matters to the Manager.</li></ul>

<ul><li>To assist with customer enquiries and orders.</li><li>To welcome customers and ensure their orders are processed efficiently.</li><li>To work within reason to minimize customer complaints and maximize customer satisfaction.</li></ul>

<p>We seek a detail-oriented, thorough, energetic and organised Sales Executive to oversee and support our B2B Sales and conversions of schools visiting us for field trips. In this position, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining high-quality relationships with our B2B clients and schools. You will follow up on negotiations, maintain an updated database and guarantee the delivery of an awesome experience to the schools and corporates visiting us. Sales Executive responsibilities include providing administrative support in a professional and timely manner. The candidate must be flexible to meet the demands of our growing organisation.</p><br> <p><strong><strong>WHAT WE'LL TRUST YOU WITH</strong></strong></p><br>
