<ul><li><p>Monitor real-time production processes, identifying and resolving immediate operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain smooth production operations.</p></li><li><p>Perform routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance, reduce breakdowns, and extend equipment lifespan.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex technical problems and contribute to effective corrective and preventive solutions.</p></li><li><p>Assist in optimizing production workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and waste reduction.</p></li><li><p>Support production planning by coordinating with relevant teams to ensure production targets, schedules, and resource requirements are effectively managed.</p></li><li><p>Monitor production progress against planned schedules and highlight deviations or potential delays to the concerned teams.</p></li><li><p>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, including production output, downtime, equipment performance, efficiency, and operational issues.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate production and maintenance records and assist in analyzing data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and basic maintenance practices.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.</p></li><li><p>Relevant internship, industrial training, or academic projects demonstrating practical engineering experience.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot operational and technical issues.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work effectively with senior engineers, production teams, maintenance personnel, and other cross-functional teams.</p></li><li><p>Good reporting, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting or production-management tools is an advantage.</p></li></ul>
