<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <ul><li>Conduct quality inspections throughout joinery production and site installation activities.</li><li>Inspect joinery works against approved shop drawings, specifications, and quality standards.</li><li>Verify dimensions, materials, finishes, edge banding, hardware, and workmanship before product release.</li><li>Inspect raw materials, veneers, laminates, solid wood, paints, hardware, and accessories prior to production.</li><li>Monitor cutting, assembly, polishing, painting, finishing, and packaging processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.</li><li>Identify defects, non-conformities, and workmanship issues, ensuring timely corrective actions are implemented.</li><li>Conduct pre-delivery inspections and approve completed products before dispatch to site.</li><li>Perform installation inspections to ensure joinery works are installed in accordance with approved drawings and company standards.</li><li>Coordinate with Production, Technical, Installation, and Project teams to resolve quality-related issues.</li></ul> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Wood Technology.</li><li>3–5 years of QA/QC experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes, materials, and installation methods.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle (mandatory) for travel between factory and project sites.</li></ul></div>
