<ul><li><p>Dismantling, inspection, servicing, and reassembly of LV/HV AC and DC motors.</p></li><li><p>Repair and overhauling of industrial motors, generators, and alternators.</p></li><li><p>Bearing removal, replacement, and installation using appropriate tools and techniques.</p></li><li><p>Inspection of shafts, rotors, stators, end shields, bearing housings, and other mechanical components.</p></li><li><p>Carrying out mechanical measurements, checking tolerances, clearances, and alignment.</p></li><li><p>Performing rotor removal and installation safely using appropriate lifting equipment.</p></li><li><p>Identifying mechanical defects, wear, damage, and abnormalities in rotating equipment.</p></li><li><p>Assisting with motor testing, troubleshooting, and final assembly.</p></li><li><p>Maintaining workshop tools, equipment, housekeeping, and safety standards.</p></li><li><p>Following company quality procedures and HSE requirements.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the dismantling, inspection, repair, assembly, and overhauling of industrial AC/DC motors, alternators, and other rotating electrical equipment.</p><p><br><strong>Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on experience</strong> in an electrical motor repair or rotating equipment workshop.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p>Practical experience in dismantling and assembling industrial AC/DC motors and alternators.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of bearings, mechanical fits, clearances, and motor construction.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with large industrial motors and generators is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with hydraulic pullers, bearing heaters, measuring instruments, and workshop equipment.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a workshop team.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in the UAE or GCC is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.</p></li></ul><p><br></p>
