<p>Manage, organize, track, and maintain all project-related documentation. Handle document submissions, revisions, approvals, transmittals, and distribution. Maintain project records and ensure documents are properly filed and easily accessible. Manage documentation and correspondence with PROs, Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants, and Clients. Manage and update DMS (Document Management System) and ensure proper document control procedures are followed. Prepare and maintain MSRA (Method Statement & Risk Assessment) documentation and related records. Manage and update attendance reports and manpower-related documentation. Maintain various project trackers and status reports, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Coordinate and maintain documentation related to UAE gate passes, site access, and related approvals. Monitor document status and follow up with relevant departments and stakeholders for pending approvals or submissions. Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing documents. Ensure all documents comply with company and project-specific document control procedures. Provide timely documentation support to Project Managers, Operations, Design, Production, and other departments. Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and proper version control of all project documents.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>1–2 years of relevant UAE experience is mandatory. Experience in Construction or Events & Exhibitions is preferred/mandatory. Proficiency in Aconex is required. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including trackers, reports, data management, and document monitoring. Good knowledge of UAE gate pass procedures and documentation. Familiarity with DMS, MSRA, document transmittals, submissions, and approval processes. Strong knowledge of document control procedures and document filing systems. Good communication and coordination skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Aconex software experience is mandatory. </p>
