For all positions, the following requirements are mandatory:
· Candidates must currently be based in Dubai.
· UAE shipping industry experience is essential.
· We are specifically looking for experience within freight forwarding and shipping companies, not candidates whose logistics exposure is limited to internal logistics departments of trading or retail companies.
· Interviews are conducted only in person at our Dubai office. We are not considering candidates who are currently outside the UAE or requesting online interviews. One of the reasons we subscribed to the paid database was to filter candidates based in Dubai, yet a significant number of applicants contacting us are currently located outside the UAE. This suggests that the location filters are not producing the expected results, resulting in additional time being spent screening candidates who do not meet our basic hiring criteria.</p></li></ul>
