And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.</p><br><p>Could that be you?</p><br><strong>Your mission</strong><p>The Solutions Consultant will focus on partnering with the Account Executive to generate revenue with technical ownership of the opportunity pursuits throughout the sales cycle. You, as a Solution Consultant, must possess a winning combination of business and technical skills, with the ability to present and demonstrate our solutions to a broad spectrum of audiences while building strong relationships throughout the entire sales cycle.</p><br><p>This role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and will eventually require some travel.</p><br><strong>What you'll do at UiPath</strong><ul><li><p>Proactively support end-to-end sales activities and create strong value propositions.</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Undertake thorough analysis of our customers business requirements to identify potential opportunities.</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Demonstrate ability to transform strategic business challenges to UiPath capabilities.</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Articulate high level solutions to fit client needs and environment during a deal process.</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Learn the benefits of new and exciting technologies and how to integrate with UiPath.</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Drive end-user adoption of UiPath products through events, seminars, webinars, technical training, and other activities as appropriate.</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Work closely with the Customer delivery leads and Professional Services teams to make solutions a reality for the customer.</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Support Marketing initiatives through evangelism activities, including writing blogs, speaking in UiPath marketing events/webinars and other industry events.</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Contribute to clients’ business objectives by offering an industry-relevant perspective on markets and industries.</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Lead technical engagements across the sales process.</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Be able to work on multiple opportunities and understand how to prioritize.</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Keep up to date with technology, industry changes and changes to the Presales community.</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Innovative approach to creating solutions.</p><br></li></ul><strong>What you'll bring to the team</strong><ul><li><p>Experience in a customer-facing, account management or strategic consulting organization.</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Technical background with hands on experience in digital technologies.</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Results-oriented and outcome-based mindset.</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Self-motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience building strong internal and external relationships.</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Team player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Fluent written and spoken English &amp; Arabic is a mandatory.</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Previous experience working with UiPath, or another automation platforms is an advantage.</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Previous experience working on Test Automation tools is an advantage.</p><br></li></ul><p>Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
