<ul><li><p>Supervise and manage all carpentry and joinery works at the project site.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate daily activities of carpenters, helpers, and subcontractors.</p></li><li><p>Read and understand technical drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper installation of joinery items, furniture, doors, cabinets, wall cladding, ceilings, and other woodwork.</p></li><li><p>Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed within deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Conduct site measurements and coordinate with the production and design teams.</p></li><li><p>Ensure material availability and proper utilization at the site.</p></li><li><p>Maintain quality standards and ensure finishing meets client requirements.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients regarding site progress.</p></li><li><p>Identify and resolve site-related issues and technical problems.</p></li><li><p>Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company procedures.</p></li><li><p>Prepare daily work reports and manpower updates.</p></li><li><p>Inspect completed work and rectify snag items if required</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong knowledge of carpentry, joinery, and furniture installation works.</p></li><li><p>Ability to read technical/shop drawings.</p></li><li><p>Good leadership and team management skills.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of site safety procedures.</p></li><li><p>Good communication and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>UAE driving license is an added advantage.</p></li></ul>
