The successful applicant will use a combination of molecular and electrophysiological approaches to investigate how gene expression contributes to the rhythms in excitability and plasticity of circadian clock neurons in rodents . The project will be based at NYU Abu Dhabi and will be co-supervised by Dipesh Chaudhury and Justin Blau.</p><br><br>

The successful candidate will pursue research spanning quantum optics, spin-based systems, and the design and construction of advanced experimental instruments.
