Job Description Summary<br><br>One-year Taree GE Trainee Operations Program is an onsite-based role that focuses on operational aspects in a manufacturing facility with the possibility of extension up to two years, The Operations trainee will support and progressively take ownership of inspection and repair operations within the Gas Turbine (GT) cell at the Jebel Ali Service Centre (JASC). The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to shop operations while developing strong foundations in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture (SQDCC).<br><br>The trainee will work closely with experienced team members to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of processes, while actively learning and applying Lean principles and continuous improvement practices.
