We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with strong Post-Contract Administration expertise to join our project team in Dubai.<br>The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing contracts after award, with particular emphasis on contract administration, claims management, Extension of Time (EOT), contractor obligations, contractual compliance, and contract procedures.<br>Important: This role is primarily focused on Post-Contract Management and Contract Administration, rather than general commercial management or QS functions. Candidates whose experience is predominantly quantity surveying/commercial management without strong claims, EOT and contractual administration experience may not be suitable.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Manage and administer post-contract activities in accordance with contract conditions and project requirements. Review, evaluate and manage contractor claims, variations and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions. Monitor contractor performance, contractual obligations and compliance with the contract. Strong hands-on experience in Post-Contract Management and Contract Administration. Proven experience in EOT, claims management, variations, contractual compliance and contractor performance monitoring. Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract such as FIDIC.
