Experience Level: Supervisor / Manager / Senior About the Role We are seeking a responsible, organized, and results-oriented General Manager / Outlet Manager / Shift Supervisor to support business operations, team performance, customer service, and daily operational activities in the UAE. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth business operations, maintain service standards, coordinate team activities, monitor performance, and support business growth and customer satisfaction. This opportunity is suitable for experienced managers, supervisors, operations professionals, and candidates with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, food & beverage, customer service, sales, or general business operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate daily business and operational activities. Manage staff schedules, shifts, attendance, and workforce allocation. <p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Diving Supervisor</strong> to oversee and coordinate offshore diving operations for our client in the UAE.</p><br>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><br>

Minimum <strong>10 years of overall experience</strong>
</li>
<li>
At least <strong>5 years of diving-related experience</strong>
</li>
<li>
Strong offshore operational and supervisory background
</li>
<li>
Good command of <strong>English</strong>
</li>
<li>
Proficient in <strong>Microsoft Excel, Word, and CAD</strong>
</li>
<li>
Ability to interpret pipeline, electrical cable, and jack-up rig positioning drawings
</li>
