Continuous optimization of conversion rates (CRO), landing page UX, and acquisition metrics (CPL, CPQL, CTR, CPC, ROAS). • Content, Brand & Creative Direction: Oversee luxury real estate copywriting, video scripting (AI/Reels/Brand films), and visual art direction. Ensure premium brand consistency across all marketing collateral. • SEO & Web Strategy: Execute technical, local, and content SEO audits, schema recommendations, and landing page/Google Business Profile optimizations. • Email, Whats App & Channel Partner Marketing: Develop targeted broadcast and nurture campaigns via Email and Whats App. Create channel partner/broker acquisition strategies, inventory launches, event promotions, and sales enablement materials. • Social media: Content creation, ideation, storytelling, guiding the team on all social media calendars. <br>Required Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. • Experience: 6–10+ years in Digital, Performance, or Growth Marketing.
