<span>Job Title <br></span><p>Commercial Manager - HTL</p><br>

•Negotiates commercial terms with clients basis on the market rate and basis on the required returns for new terminals.<br>
•Develops and recommends pricing policies and discount structures, which enable the achievement of the terminal’s profit targets.<br>
•Benchmarks HTL terminals against other major terminals: benchmarking the marketability of HJATL, HDTL, HTTSA and ATT which comprise of commercial terms such as tank rental rates and down stream activities, location, competitors in the market, accessibility to the terminals and other factors <br>
•Creates awareness for HTL through the development of various branding and marketing tools; such as: development and update of HTL website, development of brochures and leaflet handouts, participation and sponsorships of forums and conferences, advertising in the leading oil, chemical and terminalling publications and contributing stories to leading magazines <br>
•Identifies key potential clients HJATL , HDTL, HTTSA and ATT and builds strategic relationships with clients<br>
•Attracts new clients to terminals in the Middle East and Africa<br>
Resolves post contractual commercial issues<br>
2. Research & Project <br>
•Develops commercial standard operational procedures (SOP) for HTL and updates it regularly<br>
•Proposes and recommends studies for Petroleum/Petrochemicals sector if the need arises for expansion purposes to evaluate the competitive advantage of a particular terminal</p><br>

We’re looking for ambitious people to help drive and support this change while learning about the intricacies of dealing with diverse clients in a challenging yet rewarding environment.</p><br> <p><b>Your key responsibilities</b></p><br> <p>As a Manager, you'll participate in and manage client engagements, contributing across various sectors. You’ll collaborate with the partner, director, senior manager and client to determine a FAAS strategy that appropriately addresses risk and manages client expectations relating to deliverables, while ensuring FAAS engagement teams understand the client's needs and expectations and that the work product is client-focused, clear, accurate, with top quality and well-presented.</p><br> <p>Timely delivery of projects in compliance with regulatory frameworks is essential, as is working with other service lines in providing an integrated service delivery. You’ll monitor performance of the team against budget as well as identify and communicate relevant trends, developments and key performance drivers relevant to the client. Business development activities and sales of new FAAS work will also be paramount in this role.</p><br> <p><b>Skills and attributes for success</b></p><br> <ul>

</ul> <p><b>To qualify for this role, you must have</b></p><br> <ul>
<li>Flawless communication skills in English and Arabic is preferable as well</li>
<li>Strong advisory (selling) mindset</li>
<li>Strong technical skills and recognized cautious risk management ability</li>
<li>Understanding of a client's industry and marketplace</li>
<li>Strong management skills to lead teams, delegate appropriately, mentor, review performance and counsel employees</li>
<li>Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)</li>
<li>Experience of managing teams and working on 2+ engagements simultaneously</li>
<li>Demonstrate team mentoring skills</li>
<li>Possess advanced experience in the areas of ICFR, Corporate Governance, Board Support</li>
<li>Ability to lead a team and submit deliverables in line with the agreed scope of work and clients requirements</li>
<li>Must posses relevant and valid qualifications such as CIA, ACCA, CRMA, GRCP, GRCA</li>
<li>At least 6 years within a Big 4 environment</li>
<li>Ability and comfort level in researching client inquires and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies</li>
<li>Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary</li>

<li>Proficiency in the Arabic language</li>
