Covering Financial Instruments (across Securities and Derivatives), Virtual Assets and Spot Commodities, Markets authorises and supervises Market Infrastructures (being Recognised Investment Exchanges, Recognised Clearing Houses, Settlement Facilities, MTFs and OTFs), Remote Bodies, Remote Members, Issuers, Reporting Entities and Benchmark Providers (the ‘Markets Firms’).
