The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all site construction activities, manpower, subcontractors, sequencing, productivity, and daily work execution for Project C34 – The Bay Residence. Operating under the framework detailed in the "C34 Project Team Organization Structure.docx" execution model, the role involves supervising multi-disciplinary teams on-site, implementing site sequencing, and accelerating fast-track execution to meet daily production targets. <br>Job Responsibilities:<br>1. Site Execution & Supervised Works Supervise and coordinate structural, blockwork, waterproofing, MEP coordination, and finishing works on-site. Ensure all site activities strictly follow approved technical drawings, specifications, and method statements. Coordinate daily and field-level inspections seamlessly with the internal QA/QC team and the project consultant. 2. Planning & Productivity Control Prepare detailed daily work plans and highly accurate 4-week lookahead schedules to optimize resources. Effectively deploy, monitor, and coordinate site manpower and equipment allocations. Manage subcontractor progress aggressively to ensure they meet daily and weekly production targets. 3. Problem Solving & Reporting Resolve site constraints rapidly by coordinating with internal technical, BIM, and procurement engineering teams. Deliver detailed daily progress and execution updates directly to the Project Manager. Identify potential bottlenecks early on-site to drive delay reduction and maintain workfront readiness. <br>Qualifications and Skills:<br>Experience: 10–15 years of solid building construction experience is required. Project Track Record: Proven, direct experience managing site execution on High-Rise Residential projects is mandatory. Technical Skills: Strong background in heavy structure sequencing, high-end finishing coordination, and fast-track delivery. Reporting Capability: Strong capability in preparing daily plans, lookahead schedules, and tracking floor cycle progress.
