Job Title: Relationship Manager – Location: Dubai, UAERole Overview We are looking for a client-focused, sales-driven, and highly organized Relationship Manager to promote, sell, and manage Smart Zone's concierge and business support services. This role combines sales, relationship management, and service coordination, ensuring clients receive a seamless experience from the initial consultation through to successful service completion. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Actively promote and sell Smart Zone's concierge and business support services to new and existing clients. Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable services and solutions. Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into sales, and achieve monthly sales targets. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities throughout the client lifecycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Client Relationship & Service Coordination Manage clients from onboarding through successful completion of the services purchased. Collect, review, and verify all required documents for processing.
