<p ><span>The Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications leads the marketing, communications, digital and e-commerce function for the Al Jaddaf Rotana Complex (Al Jaddaf Rotana Suite Hotel, Arabian Park Edge by Rotana and Park Apartments Edge by Rotana) and its F&B outlets. Reporting to the Complex Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM), the role co-owns with the DOSM and executes the commercial marketing strategy that drives brand.com and outlet revenue, strengthens brand positioning, and delivers measurable return across all paid, owned and earned channels. This is a hands-on leadership role owning e-commerce performance, paid media, social and content, agency and partnership management, and marketing analytics, while contributing directly to the commercial and revenue strategy of the complex.</span></p>

Performance Coaching. You will design and deliver a structured, high-performance golf training program for the firm’s principal — a former professional athlete (NCAA award-winning, 6’7”) committed to serious, long-term golf development. This includes technical instruction (swing mechanics, short game, putting), course management and strategy, practice planning, fitness and mobility integration, performance tracking, and tournament preparation. You will run regular on-course and range sessions and own the progression roadmap from current level toward competitive amateur standard.<br>2. Marketing & Sponsorships. You will build the principal’s public profile at the intersection of golf, athletics, and investment — developing content strategy, coordinating social media and media appearances, and securing invitations to pro-ams, corporate tournaments, and marquee golf events in the UAE. A core part of this mandate is identifying, pitching, and negotiating sponsorship and brand partnership opportunities — with golf brands, equipment manufacturers, apparel companies, clubs, and corporate sponsors — and managing those relationships end to end.<br>3. Golf in Ghana. You will lead the development of the firm’s golf ventures in Ghana — spanning course development, junior development and academy programs, tournaments, and golf tourism tied to the firm’s broader infrastructure investments in West Africa.
