You'll own day to day execution across sponsored ads, DSP, and retailer relationships, translating brand strategy into measurable commerce outcomes.<br>What You'll Do• Manage and optimize sponsored ads campaigns (SP, SB, SD) and DSP across multiple retail platforms• Own weekly and monthly performance reporting, surfacing insights on SOV, ACOS, i ROAS and share metrics• Coordinate with retailer teams (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Instashop) on campaign execution, listing health, and escalations• Support QBR development, pulling data narratives that connect media performance to business outcomes• Manage junior team members and review their campaign work• Partner with brand and category teams to align commerce plans with broader marketing calendars• Maintain SOPs and ensure consistent execution standards across the retailer portfolio<br>What You'll Bring• 3 to 5 years of experience in e Commerce, retail media, or performance marketing• Hands on experience with Amazon Ads platform and at least one other retail media platform (Noon, Talabat, Carrefour etc)• Strong Excel skills; Power Query or Python experience is a plus NOT a requirement• Comfort working with large, multi market datasets• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines• Clear written and verbal communication skills
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand positioning, driving sales growth, and enhancing market presence. This role serves as the main liaison between Bidfood and the brand ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines while adapting strategies to the regional market. Core Task & Responsibilities: <br>Develop and implement annual brand plans, campaigns and trade marketing activities. Formulate and implement strategic plans for the hot beverages, identifying market opportunities and setting objectives to drive growth. Localize global brand strategies to suit market dynamics while maintaining brand integrity. Analyze market and sales data to optimize portfolios performance Work closely with the sales teams to create presentations and sales incentives. Provide training and support on Illy product knowledge, brand story and customer experience. Forecast and track brand performance, reporting monthly on KPI’s and growth targets. Track and analyze the brand performance using data-driven insights to make informed adjustments to strategies. Qualifications & Experience:Educational & Professional Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Min 5 years of experience in category management, procurement, or marketing within the food and beverage industry. Min 4 years of solid managerial experience, primarily in coffee. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE market. Valid UAE driving license with a willingness to travel across the Emirates.
