<p><span><strong>People & Talent</strong></span><br><span>• Apply a sufficiently robust level of oversight and support to limit errors or malfeasance by cluster members, to drive business ethically and in compliance, and to develop the skills of their cluster members.</span><br><span>• Build a top cluster capable of ensuring delivery of the business’ short and longer-term objectives.</span><br><span>• Develop and embed a high-performance culture with specific focus on RM capability, effectiveness and productivity, through coaching and guidance to ensure the RM delivers against the financial, non-financial and risk/control objectives.</span><br><span>• Build an environment of collaboration within the cluster by ensuring that the issues are raised and blockages are resolved in a timely manner.</span><br><span>• Drive RM resourcing, performance management and recognition within the cluster.</span><br><span>• Identify and address the top concerns and opportunities for performance improvement in the cluster.</span><br><span>• Manage the cluster’s discretionary spend, expense management.</span></p><br><br> <br><p><span><strong>Risk Management</strong></span><br><span>• Act as the first line of defence for the cluster.</span><br><span>• Do what is right to avoid reputational risks and operational losses.</span><br><span>• Understand the risk and control environment within area of responsibility and drive rectification as required.</span><br><span>• Clear structures of accountability to ensure that cluster members are capable of performing successfully in their roles. </span><br><span>• Ensure effective implementation of Risk Management framework in the cluster (risk appetite is clear and integral to the strategy with appropriate controls, and having effective processes in place to identify, manage, monitor, and report risk).</span><br><span>• Handle customer issues, complaints, and product enquiries on timely basis in accordance with established procedures. Support RMs within the cluster with the same.</span><br><span>• Ensure that Risk Management matters that are brought to attention are subject to direct remedial action and/or ensure adequate reporting to the relevant Risk Committees and/or line management.</span></p><br><br>

The role coordinates client ready-to-trade activities, product activation readiness, counterparty setup, account and portfolio readiness, static/reference data dependencies, SSI enrichment requirements and new product operational readiness from a Trade Support perspective. The role manages T0 Dealer Assist requests, trade booking support queries, allocation support, enrichment follow-up, affirmation/confirmation monitoring support and settlement-readiness dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and hand-off to relevant owner functions. The role works closely with Front Office, GM MO Trade Support, Operations, KYC, Credit, Compliance, GM Documentation, Reference Data, Technology, Product Control, Market Risk and regional teams to remove blockers, improve service quality and support scalable trade execution support.The role does not own independent Control & Governance responsibilities such as trading permissions controls, booking template controls, off-market monitoring, counterparty exposure monitoring, reconciliations, collateral management, regulatory reporting, RCSA/KRI ownership or control effectiveness available for validation, affirmation, confirmation and settlement-readiness processes.</li><li>Support Front Office queries relating to booking support, account/portfolio mapping, SSI enrichment, missing data and trade-support dependencies.<br>Escalate aged, urgent or high-impact trade support items to the VP & Head of GM MO Trade Support and relevant owner functions.<br>Ensure unresolved control, reconciliation, collateral, regulatory or risk-monitoring matters are handed off to GM MO Control & Governance or other owner functions as appropriate.</li><li>Affirmation, Confirmation and escalation status to support daily service discipline.<br>Contribute to reduction of recurring trade-support issues by identifying upstream data, booking or workflow causes.<br>Stakeholder Management and Service Delivery</li><li>Act as a day-to-day Trade Support contact for Front Office Sales and Trading desks on Dealer Assist and data-readiness matters.<br>Coordinate across KYC, Credit, Compliance, GM Documentation, Reference Data, Technology, Operations, Product Control and regional teams to remove trade-support blockers.</li><li>Maintain clear communication on service status, pending actions, escalation requirements and expected next steps.<br>Support effective hand-offs between Dealer Assist, T0 Validation, Operations and GM MO Control & Governance functions.<br>Promote a Reference Data, Front Office support or related operational support functions.</li><li>Strong understanding of Global Markets products including FX, Money Markets, Rates, Derivatives, Commodities,
