Maintain virtualization environments and virtual machines. Support cloud infrastructure and services across Azure, AWS, or similar platforms. Perform routine infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and configuration changes. Manage server and endpoint patching activities. Support backup, restoration, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures. Monitor backup jobs and participate in recovery testing. Apply infrastructure security and system-hardening standards. Coordinate vulnerability remediation and security updates. Maintain antivirus, endpoint protection, and other infrastructure security solutions. Manage infrastructure-related tickets through IT service-management platforms. Prioritize incidents according to business impact and service-level requirements. Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or specialist teams. Coordinate with cybersecurity, application, network, and service desk teams. Work with external vendors and managed service providers when required. Assist with IT infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, and deployments. Maintain infrastructure documentation, network diagrams, asset records, and technical procedures. Conduct infrastructure health checks and performance reviews. Analyze recurring incidents and identify root causes and permanent solutions. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in corporate IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations. Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments. Solid understanding of enterprise networking and connectivity technologies. Practical experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, and identity management. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 or comparable enterprise productivity platforms. Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or other cloud infrastructure platforms. Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure monitoring. Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, endpoint protection, patching, and system hardening.
