<p><span><span>1. Oversee the complete onboarding process including PRO process. Review and update the induction presentation. Review the performance of the vendors on a yearly basis. Manage the escalations from the stakeholders (We One BU & DPW PRO) during deployments.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>2. Conduct We Care meetings and Gemba walks for the welfare of the employees. Involved in planning and conducting employee engagements activities for the entire workforce whereby reducing attrition and improve employee retention.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>3. Oversee payroll, EOS and benefits administration. Approval of SRF and signing of all employees’ letters (salary revision, promotion, service, request letters) in a timely manner. Handle escalations of EOS and resolve. Approve all work-related injury for treatments, involved in yearly insurance renewals, coordinate with insurers to handle medically critical cases and take final decisions on medically unfit cases. </span></span></p><br><p><span><span>6. Timely approval of employee-related requests and all types of invoices in fusion.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>7. Single point of contact to handle and resolve employees’ queries for escalated cases with authorities and Leadership team, through ensuring compliance to labour laws.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>8. Handle internal and external audits for the company. Responsible for working on the audit findings and closure of the same.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>9. Review Secure Score and CSPM/CNAPP findings; validate asset context, severity, exposure and remediation ownership. Triage cloud incidents and coordinate containment such as session revocation, Conditional Access action, secret rotation or workload isolation. Track misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, exposed services, weak encryption, missing protection and excessive permissions to closure. Support onboarding of subscriptions, workloads and cloud connectors; validate telemetry completeness and policy assignment. Review service principals, managed identities, privileged roles and access anomalies; escalate high-risk identity findings. Monitor Defender plans and agent/extension coverage for VMs, containers, storage, SQL, Key Vault and application services.
