About the role
We manage short-term rental properties for owners across Dubai. As our Sales & Onboarding
Executive, you are the first person a property owner speaks to and the person who takes them
from first inquiry to a live, bookable listing. You'll qualify incoming leads, run calls, visit
apartments, and coordinate everything needed to get a unit onboarded smoothly. It's a mix of
sales, customer care, and hands-on field work.
Key responsibilities
● Respond quickly to incoming leads from the website, portals, WhatsApp, referrals, and
ads, and qualify them by property type, location, readiness, and owner expectations.
● Make outbound follow-up calls and handle inbound calls, explaining our management
model, fees, and projected income clearly and honestly.
● Book and conduct property viewings and assessments, including checking condition,
furnishing level, and photos needed, and identifying what must be fixed before listing.
● Guide owners through signing the management agreement and collecting the required
documents (title deed, Emirates ID/passport, DEWA, etc.).
● Coordinate the onboarding pipeline: holiday home permit registration, furnishing or
snagging needs, professional photography, key handover, and inventory checks.
● Hand over each onboarded unit cleanly to the operations team with complete information.
● Keep the CRM updated with every lead, call, and status change, and follow up
persistently until a deal is closed or disqualified.
● Handle owner concerns and objections professionally, escalating when needed.
● Hit weekly and monthly targets for calls, viewings, signed agreements, and units
onboarded.

Desired Candidate Profile

● 1–3 years' experience in real estate, holiday homes, property management, or hospitality sales.
● Knowledge of DET (Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism) holiday home regulations.
● Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Hindi/Urdu, Chinese, or French.
● Experience with Airbnb/Booking com listings or pricing tools.

Core skills and requirements
● Communication: excellent spoken and written English; confident on the phone and in
person.
● Sales ability: comfortable qualifying, handling objections, and closing without being
pushy.
● Customer-facing professionalism: calm and solution-oriented with demanding property
owners.
● Mobility: valid UAE driving license, ideally with own car, and able to move around the city
daily for viewings and handovers.
● Organization: able to manage many leads and onboarding steps at once without
dropping details.
● Follow-through: takes ownership, chases missing documents and tasks, and closes
loops.
● Tech-comfortable: uses a CRM, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, and basic
spreadsheets.
● Local knowledge: familiar with Dubai communities and buildings, and ideally the holiday
home market.
