Every day, millions of shipments move around the world on data that nobody is looking at in real time. Orders, ASNs, invoices, and tracking events flow between 3PLs, forwarders, brands, and retailers, then get flattened into a status that tells you something went wrong only after it already has.

SwiftB2B exists to change that. We are an AI operating system for global supply chains. One platform where 3PLs, freight forwarders, brands, retailers, and manufacturers can see every item, shipment, and exception as it happens. The platform does not stop at flagging a delay. It works out what the delay costs, weighs the options, and starts the fix.

We built it on 15 years of SwiftAnt’s work in supply chain and EDI technology, and on a team that has spent careers in logistics, retail, and enterprise software.

A coding agent now writes most of the code, but what it cannot do is know which of three plausible designs is the one a customer can still change in three years, or notice that the requirement was wrong before the code was. Code that compiles is not always code that is correct. We want engineers who own a whole feature, who treat reviewing AI-written code as the real work rather than a formality, and who are building the next generation of agents that do real work inside the product behind a human gate.

What you will do

Own features end to end: the Angular screen, the .NET service behind it, the data model underneath, the API contract at its edge, the tests that hold it together, and the runbook for whoever inherits it.

Work with Claude Code and similar tools every day. Generate fast, review hard, and keep a written review standard so what one engineer checks by instinct the next one does not miss.

Publish and agree API contracts before anything is built behind them. Retrofitting a contract costs more than it saved.

Design and prove event contracts on Kafka: delivery guarantees demonstrated by replay, not asserted in a design note.

Build identity and access on Keycloak and OpenID Connect, reviewed before build.

Take one database as your primary (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB) and carry the other two at working depth so you know when you have chosen wrong.

Ship through a secure CI/CD pipeline with automated tests, with accessibility and performance demonstrated by test rather than claimed in a status report.

Build agents that do real work in the product (exception triage, document handling, customer-facing drafts) with a written boundary and a tested human gate before they touch anything a customer sees.

Hand features over cleanly - the test of finished is that another engineer is able to change your feature without asking you a question.

What we are looking for

Real production experience across the stack: C# and .NET on the back end, Angular and TypeScript on the front end. Angular 17 or later preferred.

Strong relational data modelling on at least one of SQL Server or PostgreSQL. MongoDB experience is a plus.

You have designed REST APIs that other teams consumed, and you know what idempotency, versioning, and backward compatibility cost when ignored.

Experience with event-driven systems. Kafka preferred, any service bus fine.

Hands-on with OAuth2 and OIDC. Keycloak is a plus.

You already use AI coding tools seriously and you have war stories about working, wrong code they produced. Experience building agents with an SDK (Claude Agent SDK, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph) is a strong plus.

Automated testing as a habit, not a phase. Playwright or similar for the front end, a secure pipeline on Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Azure experience. AZ-204 is nice to have.

A background in supply chain, logistics, or B2B enterprise software is an advantage.

A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Not sure you tick every box?

Apply anyway. Nobody we have hired matched the list line for line. If you have shipped features that other people maintained without you, and you have strong views on how to review AI-generated code, we want to talk to you. Link us something you built and tell us the design decision you would make differently now. That tells us more than a polished CV.

Equal opportunity

SwiftB2B hires on skill and curiosity.
