The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a café, specialty coffee shop, or similar F&B environment and should be confident in providing professional and attentive service to customers.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Serve food, coffee, and beverages according to company service standards. Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup in the dining area. Ensure guests receive prompt and efficient service. Provide basic menu and product information to customers. Handle customer requests and complaints professionally. Coordinate with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure smooth order delivery. Assist with clearing and resetting tables. Follow hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards. Support upselling and suggestive selling when appropriate. Follow company SOPs and customer service standards.<br>Requirements<br>Previous café industry experience is mandatory. Experience as a Waiter / Server in a café, specialty coffee shop, or restaurant. Good communication and customer service skills. Presentable and professional appearance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good teamwork skills. Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
