The Mechanical Engineer will lead and manage the AC and refrigeration maintenance team, overseeing the operation and maintenance of the factory's ammonia (NH₃) refrigeration plant along with all air-conditioning and refrigeration systems. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance, supervising and coordinating technicians, monitoring equipment performance and breakdowns, managing spare parts, and preparing regular maintenance reports for management. The role also requires ensuring strict compliance with ammonia safety procedures, HSE standards, and applicable UAE regulations to achieve safe and reliable plant operations.
