<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <div dir="rtl"><p><span><span><strong>أهداف الوظيفية</strong></span></span></p><br><p><span><span>الإشراف المباشر على رعاية ومتابعة سلوك المنتس</span><span>بين لقرية العائلة</span><span>، وتنمية مهاراتهم وضمان تلبية احتياجاتهم الاجتماعية والتعليمية والصحية ضمن بيئة آمنة ومحفزة، وبالتنسيق مع فريق العمل المختص ومقدمي الخدمات.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span><strong>الواجبات والمسؤوليات التشغيلية</strong></span></span></p><br><p><span><span>1- &nbsp;الإشراف على سير الحياة اليومية الخاصة بالمنتسبين في قرية العائلة، وضمان توفير بيئة صحية وآمنة وتأمين متطلباتهم واحتياجاتهم.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>2- المشاركة في وضع خطط التدخل والرعاية الفردية لكل حالة بالتعاون مع فريق العمل الفني (</span><span>الاجتماعي و</span><span>النفسي) ومتابعة النتائج بهدف اجراء التحسينات اللازمة وفقاً للاحتياجات والمستجدات.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>3- الوقوف على المستوى الأكاديمي لأبناء القرية ورصد التقدم العلمي المحرز والتحديات المحتمل مواجهتها ورفع التقارير الدورية اللازمة وطرح التوصيات على فريق الرعاية والتأهيل لإعداد البرامج المحتصة.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>4- التنسيق</span></span><span><span>مع المؤسسات التعليمية والجهات الصحية، والجهات التخصصية المختلفة لضمان حصول المنتسبين للقرية على الخدمات اللازمة حسب الحاجة</span></span><span><span>.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>5- الإشراف على التغذية السليمة لأبناء القرية ومتابعة الاحتياجات الاستثنائية مع مراعاة الوضع الصحي للمنتسبين (مثل: مرضى السكر أو التحسس وغيرها).</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>6-المشاركة في إعداد الخطط السنوية للبرامج والأنشطة الاجتماعية والفعاليات المختلفة للمنتسبين بالقرية</span><span>بالتزامن مع الاعياد والمناسبات والاحتفالات الوطنية .</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>7-</span></span><span><span>تنظيم أنشطة اجتماعية وترفيهية، وتثقيفية تساهم في تنمية مهارات منتسبي القرية وذلك بالموائمة&nbsp;</span></span><span><span>مع أحتياجاته.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>8-</span></span><span><span>غرس القيم النبيلة والعادات والتقاليد المجتمعية الأصيلة في نفوس الأبناء وحثهم على&nbsp;</span></span><span><span>الأنتماء للمجتمع والتحلي بالفضيلة.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>9- </span><span>المساهمة الفعالة في دمج منتسبي القرية في المجتمع ومساعدتهم على بناء علاقات اجتماعية لتأهيلهم وتمكينهم مجتمعياً.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>10- </span><span>تنفيذ خطط تأهيل المنتسبين للقرية في حالات التنقل بين الفئات العمرية المختلفة بغرض التكيف مع الأوضاع المستجدة.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>11- </span><span>إدارة عملية الرقابة على منتسبي القرية وفقاً لأساليب متخصصة وتوجيه الأبناء إلى السلوك القويم في حال ارتكاب أي مخالفات.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>12- التعرف على الهوايات واكتشاف المهارات الاستثنائية لتنميتها</span><span>ور</span><span>فع التوصيات لفريق الدعم الفني (النفسي والاجتماعي).</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>13- متابعة المخصصات والمستلزمات المالية للمنتسبين للقرية فيما يخص الاحتياجات بالتنسيق مع المختص بتنفيذ العقود والمشتريات، وتوجيه الأبناء إلى ترشيد الإنفاق لتمكينهم على ادارة شؤونهم المالية المستقبلية</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>13- </span><span>توثيق كافة المتابعات اليومية، والملاحظات التي يتم رصدها على المنتسبين في سجل الإشراف والمناوبة، وتنفيذ ما يدون به من توصيات للجهاز الفني، أو رئيس فريق العمل، او مدير القرية.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>14- </span><span>رصد وتحديد المخاطر المحتملة والمشاركة في وضع خطط للتعامل معها بالتنسيق مع الفريق الفني (الأخصائيين </span><span>النفسيين والاجتماعيين) وإدارة القرية.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>15- </span></span><span><span>مرافقة منتسبي القرية لأي جهة من الجهات التي يتطلب ذهاب المنتسب لها في حال استلزم الأمر ذلك</span></span><span><span>.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>16- </span></span><span><span>الإلتزام بسياسات وإجراءات أمن المعلومات المعتمدة بالهيئة والعمل على الامتثال بالضوابط لضمان سرية المعلومات</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>17- أية مهام واختصاصات أخرى في نطاق مسئوليات الوظيفية.</span></span></p><br> <p><span><span><strong>المتطلبات التعليمية</strong></span></span></p><br><p><span><span>·</span></span><span><span>درجة بكالوريوس في التربية أو الخدمة الاجتماعية أو علم النفس أو ما يعادلهم.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>·</span></span><span><span>مهارات استخدام الحاسب الآلي</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>·</span></span><span><span>إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية ( محادثة وكتابه )</span></span></p><br><p><span><span><strong>المتطلبات الخبرة</strong></span></span></p><br><p><span><span>·</span></span><span><span>2 – 4 سنوات خبرة في التربية أو الخدمة الاجتماعية.</span></span></p><br></div> </div>
