About Les Toises Les Toises – Centre de psychiatrie et psychothérapie is a Swiss private outpatient mental health group founded in Lausanne. What began as a single centre has grown into 9 establishments: 8 in Switzerland and 1 in the UAE; all built around one idea: that specialised psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care should be delivered to the highest clinical standard, and shaped around the individual rather than the diagnosis. Our new clinic in Dubai Dubai marks the next step: our first full clinical establishment outside Switzerland. The Dubai clinic brings the Les Toises model — multidisciplinary, evidence-based, personalised, with real time given to each patient — to a city whose families are international, mobile and often navigating mental health care across several countries and systems. We are building the team now, and the people who join at this stage will help shape how the clinic practises. The role We are looking for a Psychologist with a clinical focus on children and adolescents to join the founding clinical team. The role is open on either a full-time or part-time basis. We are happy to discuss reduced hours, a fixed number of clinical sessions per week, or an arrangement that sits alongside an existing practice. Experience working with families and parent–child systems is a significant advantage: much of the work we do with young people is done with the family in the room. What you will do Deliver individual psychotherapy to children and adolescents across a range of presentations — anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, neurodevelopmental difficulties, behavioural and emotional regulation, school-related distress Conduct clinical assessments and formulations, and contribute to psychometric and psychoeducational assessment where indicated Work with parents and families, including parental guidance, family sessions and systemic interventions Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and colleagues in multidisciplinary case discussion Liaise, with consent, with schools, paediatricians and other professionals involved in a young person's care Maintain clinical records to Les Toises standards and contribute to the clinic's quality and safeguarding processes Take part in the clinic's teaching, supervision and continuing education programme What we are looking for Essential Master's or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, or equivalent recognised qualification Specialist postgraduate training and demonstrable clinical experience in child and adolescent psychology DHA licence as a Psychologist, or eligibility and willingness to complete DHA licensure (we support candidates through the process) Strong grounding in at least one evidence-based modality applied to young people — CBT, systemic/family therapy, EMDR, ACT or psychodynamic child psychotherapy Fluent English, spoken and written Comfort working with an international, multicultural patient population Desirable Experience with families and parent–child work, including systemic or family therapy training Additional languages — Arabic and/or French are particularly valuable to our patient base Experience with standardised assessment (ADHD, ASD, psychoeducational batteries) Prior experience in a private or multidisciplinary clinic setting Interest in teaching, supervision or clinical research

Consistently execute the Top 5 Service Excellence pillars in every guest encounter: Look, Smile, Talk, Listen, and Thank. Operate as the orchestrator of the guest journey; the conductor who ensures every department plays its part at precisely the right moment. Own the guest relationship from pre-arrival to post-departure, not as a series of handoffs, but as a single, unbroken arc of care. Initiate meaningful pre-arrival contact: review profiles with intent, anticipate what has not yet been asked for, and personalise every element of the arrival before the guest lands. Conduct in-room check-ins and room orientations with warmth and genuine curiosity; reading each guest to determine the level of engagement they seek. Correspond with guests via appropriate channels – written, digital, verbal – always in the Raffles tone: considered, elegant, and never transactional. Anticipate needs before they are expressed. A pattern observed becomes a gesture before departure. Be proactively present: visible, attuned, and ready throughout the entire stay. Manage all guest requests with full personal accountability; coordinating across departments, tracking to completion, and following up without being asked. Handle complaints and service failures with ownership and composure: acknowledge, recover, and follow through until the guest's trust is fully restored. Inspect arrival and occupied rooms through a Guest Relations Officer's perspective. Execute Raffles Rituals and special occasion set-ups with precision, creativity, and genuine care for the detail. Offer packing and unpacking service with the discretion and attentiveness that transforms a practical task into a considered experience. Monitor DND and OOO rooms with diligence, acting on welfare concerns immediately and in full accordance with SOP. Maintain impeccable Guest Relations notes: recording preferences, observations, and interactions in a way that serves the next encounter as richly as the current one. Practise genuine, knowledgeable upselling; recommending experiences, dining, and services because they are right for this guest, not to meet a metric. Collaborate daily with Housekeeping, Private Dining, Front Office, Engineering, Concierge, and all relevant departments; communicating with clarity, respect, and shared ownership of the guest outcome. Embody the 'We Are All Butlers' philosophy: treat every colleague as a contributor to the guest journey, and every interaction – internal or external – as a reflection of the Raffles standard. Attend shift briefings, department meetings, and training sessions with active engagement. Contribute to the team's culture through reliability, discretion, and a consistent willingness to support colleagues.

Qualifications

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Guest Journey Ownership, Empathy & Anticipation, Emotional Intelligence, Personalisation, Cultural Sensitivity, Service Recovery, Attention to Detail, Multitasking, Strong Interpersonal Skills Commercial awareness. The role therefore combines engineering expertise, project management, commercial responsibility, and client acquisition.
The Role The Pile Engineer will evaluate potential piling projects by reviewing drawings, specifications, geotechnical reports, soil investigation data, and foundation requirements. The engineer will conduct or coordinate the required technical analyses, calculations, pile design assessments, method statements, and project planning. Based on site and ground conditions, the candidate should be able to determine suitable piling methods, machinery, equipment, and execution strategies. Responsibilities will also include developing quantities, cost estimates, schedules, quotations, technical proposals, and overall project requirements. Once a project is awarded, the engineer will oversee the complete delivery process, including mobilization, piling operations, manpower, equipment, subcontractors, testing, and site coordination. The engineer will be expected to generate leads, develop opportunities, prepare and follow up quotations, negotiate with clients, and help convert opportunities into awarded projects. Candidates should have a strong understanding of pile foundation systems, soil and geotechnical conditions, piling equipment, testing procedures, execution methods, and the relevant engineering calculations and analyses. Experience with piling rigs and associated heavy machinery is highly preferred. Good knowledge of the UAE construction and infrastructure market is also important, while an existing network among contractors, consultants, developers, or project owners in the UAE would be a strong advantage. This role particularly suits an engineer with a business-development mindset who is comfortable approaching clients, developing relationships, sourcing opportunities, negotiating, and closing business in addition to managing engineering work. Strong project-management, communication, negotiation, and client-management skills are required. A UAE driving licence is preferred.
Compensation The position offers a fixed salary of AED 12,000 per month + commission, together with a company car and fuel. Commission provides additional earning potential through successfully generated piling projects, new clients, and heavy machinery rental business.
Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate combines strong technical piling knowledge with commercial capability and an established industry network. They should be able to assess a potential project, develop the appropriate turnkey piling solution, oversee its execution, and simultaneously create new project and equipment-rental opportunities for the company.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Company Description Tawasol Solution & Services LLC, incorporated in 2012, is a digital-first EPC contractor specializing in the construction of data centers, technical facilities, and critical infrastructure.
