About the Role
<p>We are seeking a technically strong and detail-oriented <strong>MEP BIM Modeler</strong> to develop, coordinate, and maintain accurate BIM models for premium spa, wellness, hydrothermal, and specialized wet-area projects.</p><br>
<p>The role will involve creating coordinated MEP models for systems supporting <strong>saunas, steam rooms, hammams, hydrotherapy, vitality pools, cold plunges, snow rooms, water features, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, electrical, and associated plant-room systems</strong>. 360Wellness specializes in premium and luxury hydrothermal wellness environments, including bespoke sauna, steam, hammam, hydrotherapy, vitality pool, and cold-plunge solutions. </p><br>
Key Responsibilities
BIM Modelling
<ul>
<li>
Develop accurate <strong>3D MEP BIM models</strong> using Autodesk Revit MEP.
</li>
<li>
Model HVAC, plumbing, drainage, piping, equipment, and other specialist MEP systems.
</li>
<li>
Develop models based on design drawings, specifications, equipment data, and engineering requirements.
</li>
<li>
Maintain model accuracy, consistency, and required Level of Development (LOD).
</li>
<li>
Create and maintain Revit families for specialist MEP and wellness equipment where required.
</li>
</ul>
Spa & Hydrothermal Systems
<ul>
<li>
Model MEP systems associated with <strong>saunas, steam rooms, hammams, hydrotherapy systems, vitality pools, cold plunges, experience showers, and wellness water features</strong>.
</li>
<li>
Model specialist piping, pumps, filtration equipment, heat exchangers, steam generators, drainage, and water-treatment systems.
</li>
<li>
Coordinate equipment connections, pipe routes, plant-room layouts, ventilation, power requirements, and access clearances.
</li>
<li>
Ensure specialist wellness equipment is accurately represented within the coordinated BIM environment.
</li>
</ul>
MEP Coordination
<ul>
<li>
Coordinate MEP models with architectural, structural, interior, and specialist wellness models.
</li>
<li>
Identify and resolve clashes using <strong>Navisworks Manage, Revit, BIM 360/ACC</strong>, or similar coordination platforms.
</li>
<li>
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and prepare required coordination information.
</li>
<li>
Ensure sufficient access and maintenance clearances around MEP and hydrothermal equipment.
</li>
<li>
Identify constructability issues and communicate them to engineers and project teams.
</li>
</ul>
<p>Integration of hydrothermal systems with building MEP is particularly important because these environments have specific requirements for power, water, drainage, ventilation, plant rooms, and equipment coordination. </p><br>
Shop Drawings & Documentation

Generate coordinated MEP shop drawings, sections, details, and installation drawings from BIM models.
</li>

Prepare layouts, schematics, equipment schedules, and coordinated service drawings.

Extract quantities, schedules, and material information from BIM models.

Update drawings and models based on design revisions, RFIs, site instructions, and approved changes.

Prepare accurate as-built BIM models and documentation.

Clash Detection & Quality Control
<ul>

Perform regular model reviews and clash detection.

Identify hard and soft clashes between MEP, architectural, structural, and specialist systems.

Site & Construction Coordination
<ul>

BIM Standards & Data Management
<ul>

Qualifications & Experience
<ul>
<li>
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in <strong>Mechanical Engineering, MEP Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline</strong>.
</li>
<li>
<strong>3–6 years of experience in MEP BIM modelling</strong>, preferably within UAE/GCC projects.
</li>
<li>
Strong hands-on experience with <strong>Autodesk Revit MEP</strong>.
</li>
<li>
Experience with <strong>Navisworks Manage</strong> for clash detection and coordination.
</li>
<li>
Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, piping, and mechanical systems.
</li>
<li>
Experience in <strong>spa, wellness, swimming pool, hospitality, luxury residential, hydrothermal, or specialist wet-area projects</strong> is highly preferred.

The role involves supporting FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities while ensuring compliance with client requirements, industry standards, project schedules, and quality requirements.</p><br>Key Responsibilities Engineering & Design <ul> <li>Develop telecommunication engineering deliverables for FEED and Detailed Design projects.</li> <li>Prepare Telecom Design Basis, system architecture diagrams, block diagrams, and technical specifications.</li> <li>Design and specify telecommunication systems including: <ul> <li>Public Address & General Alarm (PAGA)</li> <li>Telephone and IP Telephony Systems</li> <li>CCTV Systems</li> <li>Access Control Systems</li> <li>Radio Communication Systems (VHF/UHF/TETRA)</li> <li>Fiber Optic Communication Networks</li> <li>Structured Cabling Systems</li> <li>LAN/WAN Networks</li> </ul></li> <li>Prepare material requisitions, datasheets, cable schedules, and equipment lists.</li> <li>Perform telecom system studies and ensure system compliance with project requirements.</li> <li>Review drawings and documents from vendors and other engineering disciplines.</li> </ul>Procurement Support <ul> <li>Prepare technical requisitions and purchase specifications.</li> <li>Review vendor quotations and participate in Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE).</li> <li>Review and comment on vendor documents and drawings.</li> <li>Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely equipment delivery.</li> </ul>Project Execution <ul> <li>Support project activities to ensure deliverables are completed within schedule and budget.</li> <li>Coordinate with Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and Process disciplines.</li> <li>Participate in client meetings and technical discussions.</li> <li>Maintain project documentation and engineering progress records.</li> </ul>Construction & Commissioning Support <ul> <li>Provide technical support during construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.</li> <li>Address technical queries raised by site teams and contractors.</li> <li>Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) activities.</li> <li>Support troubleshooting and resolution of telecom system issues.</li> </ul>Quality & HSE <ul> <li>Ensure compliance with company procedures, client specifications, and international standards.</li> <li>Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.</li> <li>Support HSE objectives and ensure telecom designs comply with project safety requirements.</li> </ul>Qualifications Education <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.</li> </ul>Experience <ul> <li>Minimum 5-8 years of telecom engineering experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, Refinery, or Energy projects.</li> <li>Experience in FEED, Detailed Design, and EPC projects preferred.</li> <li>Middle East and ADNOC project experience is an advantage.</li> </ul>Technical Skills <ul> <li>Telecom System Design</li> <li>Fiber Optic Communication Systems</li> <li>CCTV and Security Systems</li> <li>PAGA Systems</li> <li>Access Control Systems</li> <li>Radio Communication Systems</li> <li>Structured Cabling Systems</li> <li>LAN/WAN Networks</li> <li>Technical Specifications and Datasheets</li> <li>Vendor Document Review</li> <li>Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE)</li> <li>FAT/SAT Coordination</li> </ul> <br></li> </ol><br><p><i>Starting Date: ASAP</i></p><br><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><br><p>We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. <span></span><p><strong><u>JOB PURPOSE</u> </strong></p><br> <p>The jobholder is responsible to provide with specialized expertise in the areas of business analysis and processes support for all the function systems; including SAP and Non-SAP applications, to ensure achieving the desired system automation for Borouge’s plants. </p><br>
<p>This role includes; providing the first-line support for computerized maintenance management system (SAP), asset performance management systems, content management solutions, planning and scheduling systems, other custom applications and interfaces to support Maintenance for all system users, contribute and coordinate the applications’ projects for process automation until fully functioning, report and develop the creation and update of performance matrices and report’ generating, and contribute to the implementation for the Policies and Procedures. </p><br> <p><strong><u>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</u> </strong></p><br> <p><strong><em>Job Specific Accountabilities</em></strong> </p><br> <p><strong><u>Process Automation & Projects</u></strong> </p><br> <ul>
<li>Conduct studies and initiate actions what would support the automation of the function processes. And provide and prepare economic feasibility and comprehensive testing studies to support the financial and technical viability of both SAP and non-SAP systems and provides recommendations as appropriate. </li>

<li>Study and analyze the requirements of users from various functional areas to evaluate the required updates considering the existing features of the function. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Plan, prioritize, organize, and recommend the approved projects’ list in line with the function business plan, and align the project plans, timing, and milestones with the Information Technology to ensure timely launch of the updates in SAP and other system without any delay. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Supervise and control the new implementation of approved related projects until completion phase and users’ satisfaction. And monitor the implementation of new SAP projects, to ensure the adaptation of such projects to the company’s scope, specifications, and priorities. </li>
</ul>

<li>Contribute and develop for a new project the project charter to define the objectives, allocate budget and assign in site / out site resources. </li>
</ul> <p><strong><u>Process Integration & Optimization</u></strong> </p><br> <ul>
<li>Assess the need for incorporating any changes in the processes, study the implications of changes or alterations to the modules in the function in relation to their impact on other and related systems processes in the Companies. </li>

<li>Participate and contribute to the major IT projects which related to company strategy such as Master date Data management, segregation of duties (SoD), and governance, risk & competence (GRC) and participate in security level and disaster recovery. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Supervise, monitor, and test the process and system update’s requirements to meet the criteria in System Test. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Manage the applications access, users’ authorities, and other user access to different function modules and systems to ensure that the systems are meeting the information requirements and support the future business plans for the function. </li>
</ul> <p><strong><u>Business Process & User Support</u></strong> </p><br> <ul>
<li>Train and coach, the system users on a regular basis, to ensure their capabilities for the best usage of the recent or all system features. </li>
</ul>

<li>Control and track function problems during and after the implementation and provide solutions to solve these problems. </li>
</ul> <p><strong><u>Business Process Management</u></strong> </p><br> <ul>
<li>Carry out and control in investigation studies aimed at developing new functions. </li>

<li>Investigate the market / industry for a new application which helps enhance and develop our company function and to meet our new requirements and targets. </li>

<li>Review and approve procedures and related manuals for both SAP and non-SAP applications. Ensures that these are properly implemented and reviews continuously to enhance their benefits. Includes establishing periodic back-up procedures. </li>

<li>Identify problems and opportunities for improvement with existing information systems, as well as possible solutions. </li>
</ul> <p><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS</u></strong> </p><br> <p><strong><em>Minimum Qualification</em></strong> </p><br> <ul>
<li>University degree in Management Information Systems, or any related discipline </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Fluency in English Language; written and oral </li>
</ul> <p><strong><em>Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills</em></strong> </p><br> <ul>
<li>Minimum of 5 - 8 years of total experience; including at least 3 years of experience as Business Information Systems Specialist, or IT System Analyst. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 - 6 years of the experience in Technical for Petrochemicals Oil & Gas Companies </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience in computerized maintenance management systems </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Skilled in Policies and Procedures, Delegation of Authority (DOA), and Process Flowcharts. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of SAP Workflow, ABAP, and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is an advantage. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Understanding of the Respective Business Processes and Applications. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Sound knowledge in developing and delivering training and awareness sessions. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Excellent problem solving and a prominent level of analytical skills. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Proven organizational, record-keeping and time management skills. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain effective working relationships with other. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of IT related technologies, solutions, and best practices. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of Project Management is an advantage. </li>
</ul>

<li>Exposure to work as Business Analyst in IT Companies. </li>
