About Fuze
Moving value instantly is possible.
Fuze is a global digital asset infrastructure group building the regulated rails that move stablecoins, digital assets and payments across some of the fastest-growing corridors in the world. Banks, fintechs and enterprises use our APIs to launch compliant digital asset products without building the licensing, custody and compliance stack themselves.
Our platform spans payments and wealth: stablecoin orchestration, cross-border payments with 24/7 settlement, a crypto payment gateway, embedded trading and collateralised lending, and an institutional OTC desk.
We've processed over $20B and we're just getting started. With teams across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Istanbul, Switzerland, Canada, the US, and more to come, we are backed by leading global investors.
Fuze is scaling into one of the defining infrastructure players in digital assets, and this is the moment to join - your call.
Role Overview
This is a front-row seat to the strategy that shapes the company. You'll sit at the centre of Group Strategy & Ventures, working directly with the CSO and founders on the decisions that set our direction:
which products we build, and in what orderwhich corridors and licences we pursue nexthow we position against the best players in payments and digital assetswhere we invest to gain traction in new marketshow we grow sustainably over time
You won't be building slides in a vacuum. You'll be doing real analysis that gets acted on within weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
Build the analysis behind product-sequencing and market-entry decisions (e.g. corridor economics, licence pathways, competitive benchmarking against firms like Triple-A, BVNK, Fireblocks and Bridge). Build the analysis behind product sequencing and market entry decisions, including corridor economics, licence pathways, and competitive benchmarking against leading global payments and digital asset infrastructure players. Turn regulatory frameworks (CBUAE payment token rules, VARA, MiCA, the GENIUS Act) into commercial strategy, not compliance memos. Model unit economics and business cases for new products (yield and vaults, lending, cross-border corridors) and partnerships. Support ventures, partnership, and M&A opportunities through screening, analysis, and diligence. Own competitive and market intelligence across EMEA, the US, and emerging markets in payments and digital assets. Prepare board, investor, and partner materials that stand up to scrutiny from sovereign funds and Tier 1 regulators.
What We're Looking For:
3 to 5 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consultancy or a Big 4 strategy or transactions practice. Genuinely strong problem structuring and quantitative modelling. You can go from a blank page to a defensible answer, fast. Clear, senior-grade written and verbal communication, and comfort in the room with founders, investors, and regulators. High agency and low ego. You'll own workstreams end to end at Series-B pace, and we're all hands-on.
Strong preferences
Exposure to financial services, payments, fintech, or digital assets. GCC market knowledge; Arabic is a plus. Real curiosity about Stablecoins and regulated crypto infrastructure, beyond the headlines.
What Success Looks Like
You’re the person the CSO and founders hand the hardest strategic question to, and trust to come back with the answer that gets decided on.
Why Join Fuze
Build what actually matters: You won't just execute tasks. You'll shape products, teams, and strategy in a fast-scaling fintech environment, with real ownership and real impact. High growth, high visibility: Work closely with leadership, influence key decisions, and grow your career faster than you would in a larger, more traditional organisation. Ambitious, no-nonsense culture: Work alongside sharp, driven people who move fast, think big, and get things done. No bureaucracy, just outcomes. Global exposure: Operate across markets, collaborate with diverse teams, and gain truly international experience. Merit over hierarchy: Ideas win here, not titles. If you're good, you'll be heard, trusted, and rewarded. Build your legacy: Join at the stage where you don't just grow with a company, you help create something you can point to and say, "I built that."
Equal Opportunity Statement
Fuze is a global team by design. Our people work across the globe bringing different cultures, languages and perspectives to every decision we make. That mix is how we build infrastructure for markets around the world, and it shapes how we work every day.
We hire for talent, curiosity and drive, whatever your background, nationality, gender, age, religion, disability or way of thinking. Ideas win here, not titles or where you come from.
Fuze is an equal opportunity employer. If you need any adjustments during the hiring process, let us know and we'll support you.
