Job Overview As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, understanding property requirements, presenting suitable opportunities, and managing clients throughout the complete transaction process. This role is ideal for an experienced real estate professional or a motivated sales professional looking to build a successful career in the UAE property market. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through company-provided leads, networking, referrals, social media, prospecting, and personal business development. Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, investors, landlords, tenants, and property owners. Understand clients' budgets, lifestyle requirements, investment objectives, and preferred locations. Advise clients on suitable residential, luxury, off-plan, and investment properties. Present properties and projects professionally, highlighting key features, pricing, payment plans, locations, and investment considerations. Arrange and conduct property viewings, site visits, project tours, and client meetings. Source suitable properties and opportunities based on client requirements. Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the reservation and transaction process. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing clients to maximize conversion and generate repeat and referral business. Build a strong network of property owners, developers, investors, buyers, and referral partners. Maintain accurate client, lead, and transaction information within the company's CRM. Stay informed about Abu Dhabi and UAE market trends, new developments, pricing, inventory, and investment opportunities. Attend developer launches, exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions. Work closely with developers, property owners, internal teams, and transaction partners to ensure a smooth client experience. Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. Requirements Previous experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, investment sales, or a similar client-facing sales role is preferred. UAE real estate experience is an advantage but not essential for exceptional candidates. Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi and/or UAE property market. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and close transactions. Excellent follow-up, organization, and time-management skills. Professional appearance and confident client-facing manner. Self-motivated, ambitious, proactive, and target-driven. Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance sales team. Fluent English is required. Arabic, Mandarin/Chinese, Russian, Korean, French, Spanish, Turkish, or other additional languages are an advantage. UAE driving licence is preferred.
