This is a critical regional leadership role responsible for driving exponential GMV growth, gross profit performance and growth and expansion strategy across our local shop verticals.</p><br><br><p>You will work cross-functionally with local market teams, regional P&T, regional LS operations and content and Delivery Hero Local Stores teams to unlock new growth levers — from choice and assortment expansion strategy to launching new shops, ensuring talabat pro vendor penetration and scaling up talabat’s Health & Beauty vertical. As you own the P&L, the country LS Heads report into this role; you are responsible for managing the reporting of 8 country heads and the 2 Instashop markets (UAE and EG).</p><br><br><p><strong>Strategic Account Management:</strong></p><br><br><p>Own the regional commercial relationship with key strategic accounts (AAA accounts). Drive GMV growth, gross profit improvement, and NCR investment efficiency across markets. Manages new business opportunities with assistance from the Technical Manager, i.e. from evaluation to fruition of business through including management of the project. Negotiates a variety of business propositions with various stakeholders (suppliers, oil companies, airport authorities, governments) to bring maximum value for ENOC. The supply chain may include ship supplies, refinery, intermediate terminals, airport storage, product transfer facilities and into plane service facilities. Ensures operating performance of the relevant companies against agreed targets; develops and directs specific action plans. <br>2. For all ENOC Aviation assets, whether own or in JV’s (including Eppco Aviation) and whether in UAE or overseas, develops plans for their forward planning, execution of in-time expansion, upgrades and/or replacement as the case may be, to ensure business needs and/or continuity. Approves all operational equipment purchasing.<br>3. Responsible for 1 Billion US$ Refuelling Liability Insurance, ensuring operations and commercial deals minimize liabilities and do not jeopardise the insurance; manages insurers to make new proposals and their operational aspects acceptable to them. Identifies gaps, and ensures corrections to make operational and insurance requirements tie in. <br>NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT<br>Under the guidance of Manager Operations & BD and with knowledge of supply chain, operations and a variety of business models; and with tact and diplomacy:<br>4. Manages complex issues, disputes, and grievances amongst stakeholders and resolves these amicably safeguarding ENOC interests. These matters may relate to management, JV Agreement modus operandi, investment or operations of the facilities. <br>OTHERS<br>9. Responsible for developing the Company into achieving recognition in aviation operations through various actions in the management committees of JV’s, and ensuring safe and efficient operations, etc. steers the company towards leadership in the aviation Industry in line with ENOC Aviation’s strategic goals and vision. <br>10.
