We are looking for an experienced salesperson with live contacts in the procurement departments of UAE manufacturers — whether you have sold them ingredients, raw materials, packaging, labels or cartons. About Price Grip (and why this is easy to sell) At Price Grip (pricegrip.io) we have built an AI-powered system for automated price negotiation. Manufacturers overpay for ingredients, raw materials, packaging and labels — not because they have to, but because they don't have the time or the tools to test the market regularly. Our system runs blind, multi-round price competitions among qualified suppliers — including the client's current supplier. No bidder sees another bidder's price. Nothing changes except the price: same specification, same quality, same commercial terms, no IT implementation on the client's side. The decision always stays with the client. Completed processes to date have delivered savings of 8% to 74,52%, averaging 27%. One more thing that makes doors open: Price Grip's founder is himself the CEO of a European supplements and sports-nutrition manufacturer with a 90% export share. He is not a software vendor explaining procurement to manufacturers — he is a manufacturer who buys the same categories every month. The product works. The results are documented. What we need in the UAE now is someone who can open the right doors and get the owner, CFO or procurement head into a conversation — because you already know what those doors look like, and often hold the key. Who we are really looking for (read this before applying) This role is for an experienced salesperson who sells to manufacturers of dietary supplements, food & beverage, or cosmetics or chemical producers in the UAE and knows their owners, CEOs or procurement departments from the inside. It does not matter whether you sold them raw materials, active ingredients, packaging, labels or cartons — what matters is that you have access to these companies and know the people on the buying side. Applications without proven sales experience to manufacturers in these industries will not be considered. This is not a role for someone who wants to learn the market — that is the one thing we cannot teach. We are looking for someone who:has worked as a salesperson (or buyer) serving chemicals / supplement / food / cosmetics manufacturers — selling them ingredients, raw materials, packaging, labels, cartons or other production inputs, has a real network and database of manufacturers in these industries in the UAE,knows how to reach the procurement department and who to talk to,understands how the person on the buying side thinks and decides. Your network on the procurement side is the most valuable asset you bring — regardless of what you sold these companies before. What the work looks like The salesperson's job is the same in every industry: build the relationship, reach the decision maker, present the value, close. Here it looks like this:You contact manufacturing companies across the UAEYou reach procurement departments, owners and CFOs — the people who feel margin pressure directly You present Price Grip and show one concrete benefit: lower purchase costs with zero change in quality You open with a risk-free entry: a free Savings Test on 10 purchase items of the client's choosing — in about 30 days they receive a written report showing, item by item, the best price achievable in the market versus what they pay today You lead the conversation to the first paid invoice — that is the sale You use your own contacts and databases to open conversations faster Fully remote. No field visits required. This is a job for the phone, email and video calls — not a car. Why the UAE, why now In UAE food and beverage manufacturing, 85–90% of inputs are imported — these companies already buy on the international market; the only question is whether at the best available price The UAE food sector alone counts around 2,000 companies, and government policy keeps adding capacity: Abu Dhabi issued 411 new industrial licences in 2025 (+20% year on year) Newly commissioned plants have no ten-year supplier relationships to defend — they simply want the best market price The market is large, growing and underserved. The more you close, the more you earn. What we require Proven sales experience to manufacturers of dietary supplements, food, chemical or cosmetics — ingredients, raw materials, packaging, labels or other production inputs (must-have) Contacts in, and working knowledge of, procurement departments in these industries Self-management — you can structure your own day and drive a deal to the finish without supervision Confidence in conversations with owners and CFOs, and resilience to "no"Fluent business English (Arabic is a plus); confident use of computers and online tools A results-and-commission mindset — not a clock-in mindset What we offer High commission for every client you close. Full details of the fee structure in the first interview Base salary — we invest in people who deliver A large, uncapped market: hundreds of manufacturers across the UAE. Your ceiling is your own activity Ready-made sales process, materials and full training on selling our solution A product with hard, documented results that genuinely saves the client money (which makes it easier to sell) Independence and trust — we measure outcomes, not hours online Long-term cooperation and growth with a fast-scaling European AI / Saa S company entering the UAE market Engagement is on an independent, contract basis (this is not visa-sponsored employment). How to apply (please read — this is part of the recruitment) Sales starts with precision and reading carefully, so we test for it from the first email:Send your CV to john@pricegrip.ioPut the word MANUFACTURERS in the subject line In the body, in 2–3 sentences, tell us: which manufacturers you sold to and what you sold them (ingredients, packaging, labels…), plus one concrete example of a contract, client or procurement contact you won Applications without the word MANUFACTURERS in the subject line, or without described experience selling to manufacturers in these industries, will not be considered. We read applications as they arrive and speak with the best candidates immediately. If you have the experience and the contacts — don't wait, write today. Before you apply, see how the system works: pricegrip.io Amer Pharma Sp. z o.o. Just for information, I can always, in addition to email, be reached at my mobile/whatsapp at +48601934932 Thank you and have a great day,

LLCDepartment: Marketing Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Founder / Managing Director
About UsARABNB Holiday Homes Arabnb is a luxury vacation homes company operating across Dubai. We manage AED 100M+ in high-value real estate assets, including premium apartments and villas in Dubai’s topperforming prime districts. Every Arabnb residence features elevated amenities — fully equipped kitchens, premium linens, fast WiFi, smart home comforts, private balconies, community pools, and dedicated workspaces. From concierge services to seamless property management, we redefine what luxury short-stay living looks like in Dubai.
About the Role We are looking for a creative, driven, and resourceful Social Media Marketing Executive to join us in-house in Dubai. This person will take full ownership of the social media presence for both Arabnb Holiday Homes across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Linked In. You will be the voice and visual identity of both brands online — planning, creating, filming, editing, and publishing content on a daily basis. You will also manage the Founder’s personal Linked In profile, building thought leadership in the hospitality and real estate space. Being based on-site in Dubai is essential. The role requires frequent content filming at our vacation home properties, development sites, and around Dubai, as well as real-time posting and close collaboration with the team. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
Key Responsibilities Arabnb Holiday Homes — Vacation Homes & Hospitality · Create and execute a social media content calendar for Arabnb across Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook, showcasing our luxury vacation home portfolio.· Film and edit high-quality property walkthrough videos, guest experience content, Reels, Tik Toks, and Stories that highlight the lifestyle and amenities of each Arabnb property.· Develop content themes around Dubai tourism, luxury short-stay living, guest testimonials, property reveals, and seasonal promotions.· Write compelling captions and copy that speak to potential guests, property owners, and investors, tailored to each platform.· Engage with the Arabnb community — respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries promptly to drive bookings and build brand loyalty.· Build and execute a direct booking strategy to reduce reliance on OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and drive guests to book directly through the Arabnb website.· Set up and manage retargeting campaigns via Meta Business Suite to re-engage previous guests and website visitors, encouraging repeat stays and direct bookings.· Implement and manage basic SEO for the Arabnb website — optimise property listing pages, blog content, meta descriptions, and keywords to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic.· Create and drive traffic to dedicated landing pages, seasonal offers, and promotional campaigns designed to convert website visitors into direct bookings.· Develop and manage a customer loyalty program to incentivise repeat guests — including referral rewards, returning guest discounts, exclusive offers, and email-based re-engagement campaigns.· Work on email marketing flows (welcome sequences, post-stay follow-ups, special offers) to nurture past guests and encourage direct re-bookings.· Track and report on Arabnb social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, booking enquiries, website traffic, direct booking conversions) and provide actionable insights.· Plan, set up, run, and optimise paid advertising campaigns through Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram Ads), including audience targeting, A/B testing, budget management, and performance reporting.· Set up and manage Tik Tok Ads campaigns when required.· Design graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and marketing creatives using Canva and other design tools for both brands.· Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes to keep both brands ahead of the curve.· Coordinate and plan content shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and directing talent on camera.· Manage influencer outreach and coordinate collaborations relevant to either brand.· Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with data-driven recommendations. Requirements & Qualifications· Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a similar digital marketing role. Experience in real estate, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle brands is a strong plus.· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong).· Video Editing: Proficient in video editing software such as Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, or similar tools. Must be able to produce polished, professional video content independently — from filming to final edit.· Design Skills: Strong working knowledge of Canva for creating social media graphics, Stories templates, presentation decks, and marketing collateral.· Meta Business Suite: Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite is essential. Must know how to set up, run, and optimise paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, including audience targeting, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, retargeting, A/B testing, and budget management. Ability to read and act on ad performance data is a must.· Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Linked In — including best practices, algorithms, content formats, and native analytics tools.· Copywriting: Excellent written English with the ability to craft engaging captions, CTAs, and copy for different audiences — from luxury hospitality guests to real estate investors and brokers.· Creativity: A strong creative eye with the ability to conceptualise and execute original content ideas that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and generate leads.· SEO & Website Traffic: Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO principles — keyword research, on-page optimisation, meta tags, and content strategy to drive organic traffic to the Arabnb website and increase direct bookings.· Analytics: Comfortable using Meta Business Suite, Tik Tok Analytics, Linked In Analytics, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics to measure performance, track website traffic, and inform strategy.· Email Marketing: Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo) for building guest re-engagement flows, loyalty campaigns, and promotional newsletters.· Location: Must be based in Dubai, UAE and available to work on-site full-time. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
Nice to Have· Experience running Tik Tok Ads campaigns.· Experience with scheduling tools such as Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Metricool.· Photography skills and comfort being on camera or directing others on camera.· Familiarity with CRM tools or lead capture workflows.· Experience in Dubai’s real estate or holiday home/hospitality industry.· Experience with Google Ads or Google Hotel Ads for driving direct bookings.· Familiarity with loyalty program tools or platforms (e.g., Stamp Me, Loyalty Lion).· Understanding of OTA dynamics (Airbnb, Booking.com) and strategies to drive direct bookings away from third-party platforms.
What We Offer· Competitive monthly salary of AED 7,000 – 10,000 (based on experience and skills).· Opportunity to take full ownership of the social media presence for two growing Dubai brands — in luxury hospitality.· A dynamic, fast-paced work environment with room for creativity, ownership, and career growth.· Direct mentorship and collaboration with the Founder.· Exposure to vacation rental industries in one of the world’s most exciting property markets.· Visa sponsorship (if applicable).· Annual leave and public holidays as per UAE Labour Law.
How to Apply Interested candidates should submit the following:· Updated CV/Resume.· Portfolio or links to social media accounts you have managed (especially in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors).· Examples of paid ad campaigns you have run on Meta Business Suite, including results if available.· A short cover letter explaining why you are the right fit for this role.
Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Pay: 7,000.00 (AED) - 10,000.00 (AED) per month
