Delivery:Produce comprehensive Steel & Civil Design, including detailed connection designs, Anchoring design etc Perform comprehensive structural calculations for outdoor media assets including pylons, unipole billboards, and temporary/permanent hoardings using Staad Pro Independently design structural frames for exhibition stands and event activations, ensuring safety for high-occupancy public spaces. Develop and verify complex steel-to-steel and base-plate connections using IDEA Stati Ca to ensure structural integrity and optimization of material use. Produce detailed foundation designs and drawings using CSI SAFE. Perform pile capacity analysis and design using All Pile (or similar geotechnical software) for large-scale signage structures. Review structural calculation reports for NOC submissions to authorities such as Dubai Municipality and various other Authorities. Ensure that all technical drawings meet internal quality standards and safety regulations. Conduct site visits to verify soil conditions, inspect reinforcement for foundations/piles, and ensure that on-site fabrication and installation align with approved structural drawings. Ensure that all documentation, including final Design files, material specifications, and installation drawings, are up-to-date and ready for use. Post-Project:Review design and connection elements based on actual site Finalize As-Built Drawings following installation to reflect any site-specific adjustments made during the construction phase. Education/ Qualification Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. Work Experience5+ years of experience in structural design, specifically within the signage, steel structures, or events industry in the UAE. Knowledge Advanced proficiency in STAAD. Pro, SAP2000, or ETABS. Expert knowledge of IDEA Stati Ca for advanced steel connection modeling. High proficiency in CSI SAFE for mat and isolated footings. Proficiency in All Pile, LPILE, or equivalent pile analysis software. Proficiency in Auto CAD to review and direct draughtsmen in producing shop drawings.
