Key Responsibilities Calibration Strategy Develop and implement a comprehensive calibration strategy aligned with quality, manufacturing, engineering, laboratory, regulatory, and business requirements. Establish calibration policies, standards, procedures, governance, and technical requirements. Develop risk-based calibration strategies for critical measurement equipment. Define calibration priorities based on equipment criticality, measurement risk, historical performance, usage, and regulatory requirements. Calibration Program Management Manage the end-to-end calibration program across relevant facilities, departments, equipment, and measurement systems. Establish calibration schedules, frequencies, methods, acceptance criteria, and documentation requirements. Ensure calibration activities are completed within defined intervals. Monitor overdue calibration and establish escalation procedures. Calibration Planning Develop annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly calibration plans.
