This opportunity offers exposure to a broad range of complex investigations involving fraud, misconduct, compliance, governance, and policy-related matters across multiple business functions.<br>Key Responsibilities Conduct end-to-end investigations into allegations of fraud, employee misconduct, compliance breaches, conflicts of interest, policy violations, and other sensitive matters. Gather, review, and analyse evidence from a variety of sources, including financial records, documentation, system data, and stakeholder interviews. Conduct fact-finding interviews and prepare clear, concise investigation reports outlining findings, conclusions, and recommendations. Collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance, Legal, HR, Risk, and business stakeholders throughout the investigation lifecycle. Identify control weaknesses and governance gaps, providing practical recommendations to strengthen internal controls and mitigate future risks.<br>Requirements4–6 years of experience within investigations, forensic accounting, compliance, internal audit, fraud risk, or related advisory functions. Proven experience conducting internal investigations involving fraud, misconduct, compliance breaches, financial irregularities, or governance-related matters. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex information and identify key findings. Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and preparing detailed investigation reports. Background within a Big Four Forensics practice, corporate investigations function, internal audit team, financial services institution, or large corporate environment is highly desirable.
