Performance incentives are aligned to first-time remittance users, repeat-transaction conversion, remittance volume, dormant-customer reactivation, registration-to-first-transfer conversion, employer/community pipeline development, and CRM/reporting/conduct, with the strongest emphasis on first-time remittance users. Benefit from a market-competitive compensation package complemented by a lucrative performance-linked incentive structure that rewards customer activation, repeat usage, reactivation, commercial growth, and disciplined execution.
