Role Overview The HR Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive support across HR operations, payroll administration, employee lifecycle management, visa and immigration processes, employee relations, and HR administration. Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed and maintained in employee records. Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners. Support employees during their onboarding period and respond to onboarding-related queries. Coordinate employee exit processes, including resignations, redundancies, terminations, and retirements.
