We are looking for an energetic person who can manage day-to-day supply chain operations, including purchase order fulfillment, shipment clearance, inventory reconciliation, and e-commerce portal shipping workflows (Amazon FBA, Noon FBN, and B2B orders). In addition you will need to work with our international partners to coordinate shipment planning and scheduling. Schedule inbound appointments for marketplace fulfillment centers (Amazon carrier Central, Noon Seller Center, Noon Vendor Support) and ensure compliance with packing and labeling guidelines. Stock Management & Reconciliation Coordinate physical inventory audits and reconcile physical stock vs. packing lists, ERP records, and marketplace inventory reports. Track damaged, reserved, dispatches-pending, and sellable stock levels across primary and 3PL warehouses.
