Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Engineering Product Lead – Trading Platforms to lead the product direction, technical delivery and ongoing evolution of our trading platform ecosystem. This is a senior leadership role sitting at the intersection of Product, Engineering and Trading. <h4>What you'll be doing</h4>
<p>We are looking for an experienced fashion buyer who thrives in a fast-paced, trend-led environment and enjoys combining commercial thinking with analytical decision-making. You will be responsible to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute seasonal buying strategies across assigned product categories.</li>
<li>Build commercially balanced assortments that reflect customer demand, market trends and business objectives.</li>
<li>Manage the seasonal buying process, including assortment planning, SKU optimisation and buy planning.</li>
<li>Analyse sales performance and market insights to make data-driven buying decisions.</li>
<li>Work closely with international distributors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of the buying process.</li>
<li>Manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) budgets and optimise inventory performance.</li>
<li>Support buying activities across retail, e-commerce and marketplace channels.</li>
<li>Travel seasonally to Switzerland for buying appointments and collection reviews.</li>
<li>Partner with merchandising and cross-functional teams to maximise commercial performance.</li>
</ul>
<h4>What you’ll need to succeed</h4>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 2 years as a buyer within fashion retail, and 4 years overall experience in buying.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with experience using sales data to drive buying decisions.</li>
<li>Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of trends, customer preferences and assortment planning.</li>
<li>Experience managing seasonal buying cycles and Open-to-Buy (OTB).</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</li>
<li>Experience within a fast-fashion or trend-led fashion retailer is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Strong commercial judgement and decision-making skills.</li>
<li>A proactive and accountable approach to work.</li>
<li>Excellent organization and planning skills, with high attention to detail.</li>
<li>Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and international partners.</li>
<li>Passion for product and understanding of the regional retail market.</li>
